CIO (Chief Investment Officer)

Gregory W. Harmon, CMT, CFA, founded Dragonfly Capital Management, LLC providing daily trade ideas, technical analysis of securities markets and consulting services to the marketplace.  Prior to that he traded in the Securities markets since 1986. He has held senior positions including Head of Global Trading, Head of Product Development, Head of Strategy, and Director of Equity and Portfolio Swaps Trading at Chase Manhattan, State Street Corporation and BNP Paribas.
Greg earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Thomas Lackey Jr. (Tommy) is a founding partner and Chief Investment officer of Barber Lackey Financial Group.  Tommy is also a partner in Presidium Capital, LLC an investment management firm.  Prior to BLFG, Tommy was a Senior Account Executive at JP Atkinson and Associates.   While working with clients and their investment portfolios at  Barber Lackey Financial Group, he has received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) among other industry designations.  While a good portion of Tommy’s carrier has been on the adviser side of the business, over the last decade Tommy has developed and utilizes various proprietary technical market tools to identify investment opportunities for the portfolios he manages.  Using these technical tools to guide the portfolios helps build in objectivity and risk management to the investment process.

Derald_SoHandsomeDerald Muniz is an investor and trader with over 25 years of extensive stock and option trading experience. The focus is on both the technical and fundamental aspects of companies.

In addition, his experience in start-up company opportunities both as an investor and as a co-founder/founder has led to a deep understanding of the important factors in company growth – which often translates into stock value appreciation as investors seek out new growth opportunities.
